Title: SAP Reporting and Analytics Lead
Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Group Reporting Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation and reporting within the SAP S4HANA environment. This role will involve working closely with financial and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data, adherence to accounting standards, and generation of consolidated financial statements.
Key Responsibilities

·      SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Implementation and Management:

o    Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting functionalities.

o    Oversee the consolidation process, including data integration, intercompany eliminations, and adjustments.

o    Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports.

·      Data Integration and Management:

o    Work with finance and IT teams to integrate data from various subsidiaries and business units into SAP S/4HANA.

o    Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different financial systems and modules.

·      Financial Reporting and Analysis:

o    Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, management reports, and regulatory reports.

o    Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance and trends.

·      Compliance and Standards:

o    Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and internal policies.

o    Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards affecting group reporting.

·      System Optimization and Troubleshooting:

o    Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

o    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

·      User Training and Support:

o    Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting functionalities.

o    Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.

·      Project Management:

o    Participate in or lead projects related to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting enhancements or upgrades.

o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

·      Experience:

·      10-12 years of experience in financial consolidation and reporting, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

·      Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting module and related financial processes.

·      Skills:

o    Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

o    Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting configuration and functionalities.

o    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

o    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

o    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Technical Knowledge:

o    Experience with SAP Fiori apps and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.

o    Familiarity with SQL and other data management tools is advantageous
