Job Summary:
• Responsible for translating the complex and varied business needs into Workfront application requirements.
• Assist new Workfront configuration along with enhancing the existing ones.
• Identify new functionality and enhancements in Workfront that can be incorporated into client instances.
• Understand customer processes and accordingly configure the Workfront. Collaborate with IT stakeholders for back-end side of the Workfront implementation.
• Lead the client interactions to ensure successful delivery of fully configured environments.
• More than 2 years of Workfront implementation experience
• Experience or understanding Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
• Adept at creating request queues, custom forms, and custom reports; with a good understanding of resourcing and cost / time capture processes.
• Understanding of different Adobe Workfront Object types, data model, personas and workflows.
• Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to interface with business stakeholders across various workstreams.
• Experience working with Agile project management
