Job Description

  • Over 12 years of professional experience in Information Technology with over 6 years of experience in Workday Implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge in Agile, Kanban and Iterative methodologies.
  • In depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases such as requirement analysis, design, development, testing and deployment.
  • Proficient in Workday Studio, Workday Core Connector, Document Transformation, EIB Inbound/Outbound, Workday Security, Web services (Soap/Rest),Workday Report writer, Workday Prism and Calculated fields.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementation of Workday Financials and Workday HCM modules such as Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, etc.
  • Responsible for Workday Integrations end-to end testing to support the Workday version upgrades to ensure stability by comparing the current version and next version.
  • Expertise in developing complex integrations, reports and calculated fields.
  • Worked on the Object Management Systems like Role Based Security, User Based Security, Job Based Security groups.
  • Substantial functional expertise in HCM business process analysis, mapping solutions to processes, and determining best approaches based on leading and emerging business practices.
  • Utilized outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead the development teams in enhancing the Workday studio integrations.
  • Experience with Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) and Payroll Interface (PI/PICOF) Connectors.
  • Collaborate with customers and onsite/offshore developers in order to execute projects through full lifecycle software development.
  • Managed onshore and offshore teams.
  • A good team player with inter-personal, analytical and documentation skills.

  • Workday Studio, Core Connector, EIB, Workday Reporting, Workday Prism, Workday Security, GIT, Web services (SOAP & REST), Workday version upgrades.
  • Markup Languages: XML, XSLT, XSLT 3.0, XPATH, SOAP.
  • ETL: DataStage 9.1/11.5 (Designer/Monitor/Director).
  • Reporting Tools: SAP Business Objects v 3.1, 4.1, 4.2 and Tableau.
  • Compensation Tools: IBM Incentive Compensation Management.
  • Databases: Oracle 8i, 9i, 10g, Netezza.
  • Scheduling Tools: Control-M, WLM.
