Job Description: Workday Technical Consultant

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite 3 days, Hybrid)
Customer Name: Jade Global

Overview:

Jade Global is seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, building, and configuring Workday applications to meet business needs. This role requires collaboration with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and Configuration: Design, build, and configure Workday applications to meet business process and application requirements.

·       Reporting and Integrations: Build and debug custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and utilize Workday Studio for integrations.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

·       Testing: Conduct unit and integration testing as well as regression testing to validate solution quality.

·       Team Coordination: Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.

·       Project Implementations: Leverage strong experience with Workday project implementations and the Workday integrations platform, including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.

·       Configuration Management: Hands-on experience with the configuration of new and existing Workday features, including user management.

·       Certifications: Maintain and enhance knowledge through Workday certifications, with a focus on Integrations and HCM.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience as a Workday Technical Consultant with a strong focus on integration and application configuration.

·       Familiarity with Workday’s reporting tools, integration methodologies, and best practices.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a collaborative environment.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

·       Workday Certifications in Integrations and HCM are preferred.
