Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant with a strong focus on security to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the effective configuration, security, and integration of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring it meets the needs of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Workday Security Configuration:

Understand and configure Workday security protocols to safeguard sensitive employee data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

• Integration System User (ISU) Management:

Oversee the creation, alignment, and management of Integration System Users (ISUs) to facilitate seamless integrations across systems.

• Security for Integrations:

Configure security settings for specific integrations, ensuring proper access controls and data protection measures are in place.

• HCM Business Processes:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of HCM business processes, translating requirements into effective Workday configurations.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain thorough documentation of security configurations and processes, providing clear reports to management as needed.

• Training and Support:

Provide training and support to end-users and team members on security-related functionalities within Workday.

• Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements related to security and integration, recommending best practices for implementation.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, with a focus on security.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Familiarity with integration methodologies and ISU management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Workday certification is a plus.
