Position: Workday Finance Grants Lead

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+months Contract

Interview Process: Video

Experience: 10+ years

Job Description:

Key Requirements:

•            Workday Certification in Finance and Grants (active certification required).

•            Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Grants Management, Finance, and Projects modules.

•            Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with clients directly.

•            Experience in requirements analysis, testing processes, and Workday implementations.

•            Preferred Industry Experience: Government (preferred) or Higher Education.

Primary Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

•            Lead a team of 3 Workday consultants.

•            Provide guidance and ensure smooth collaboration with the client.

Client Collaboration:

•            Work directly with clients to gather requirements and oversee implementation.

•            Ensure all client requirements are reviewed, documented, and met effectively.

Project Oversight:

•            Review and oversee testing processes to validate client requirements.

•            Drive successful Workday implementations for Finance and Grants Management.
