Job Description:
Strategic Leadership • Develop and implement program strategies that align with organizational goals. • Serve as a key advisor to executive product and engineering leadership on program progress, risks, and opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
Program Management • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Define program objectives, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation to closure. • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, identifying dependencies and managing risks. • Develop dashboards and reports to track program performance and communicate updates to leadership.
Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, operations, and business teams. • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
Team Leadership • Lead and mentor a team of technical program managers, fostering professional growth and skill development. • Build and maintain a high-performing team culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Process Improvement • Optimize and implement program management frameworks, tools, and best practices. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Measure and analyze program outcomes, ensuring lessons learned are applied to future initiatives.
Technical Expertise • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand project requirements and technical constraints. • Ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and long-term strategy.
Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience as an engineer in a technical domain. • 5+ years people management experience • Working exposure in embedded software products • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and data analytics skills
