Role: WebEx Connect Cloud Engineer

Location: Nashville TN (Onsite)

Exp: 11+

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Design, Implement and support advanced Messaging  solutions to replace existing Raven and Twilio.
• Utilize knowledge and understanding of Cisco Wexbex Connect, and the associated Ecosystem.
• Lead technical discussion through project life cycle, including design, implementation and support, across technology platforms.
• Collaborate with members of the team, contributing to the team’s success overall.

Required Skills:

• 1-3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Connect
• Enable third-party systems to trigger outbound customer interactions in Webex Connect via APIs or files based on contextual customer and business actions and events
• experience using APIs and SDKs to build applications that improve end-to-end customer journeys and operational efficiency
