Role – TOSCA Test Lead

Location – Kansas City, MO (Onsite)

Duration – Long Term

Client – T-Mobile

Mandatory Skill – Automation Tester with expertise in TOSCA

Key Responsibilities –

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
• Implement end-to-end test automation solutions for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define test requirements and strategies.
• Perform test execution, analyze results, and report defects using defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
• Optimize and enhance the Tosca automation framework to improve efficiency and reusability.
• Conduct test data preparation and environment setup for automated test execution.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (DevOps, etc.).
• Help to build framework and give training to others on TOSCA.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
• Strong expertise in Tosca for test automation.
• Hands-on experience in Tosca Modules, API Testing, and Model-Based Test Automation.
• Experience in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or VBScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, postman.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in working with CI/CD tools such as DevOps, or GitLab.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of defect lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
