Role: ServiceNow Developer
Project Location: Remote
Experience: 2-5 Yrs
Visa: USC & GC holders (Genunie profiles only)
Contract: W2 only
2- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow platform with focus on coding/scripting, configurations and advanced capabilities like Workflows, Flow Designer etc.
Experience with implementation of the core suite of ITIL & ITSM functionalities using the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with implementation FSM functionalities using the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain and update existing solutions (e.g. business rules, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, ACLs, dashboard & reporting, data imports etc.
Work with stakeholders to define and execute implementations & process automation using ServiceNow, REST and SOAP web services etc.
Administer ITIL & ITSM processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation and system configurations using ServiceNow Platform.
Define user interfaces and administer persistence through database integration with the ServiceNow platform.
Proactively keeping track of ServiceNow product updates and project/version changes.
Basic Knowledge on Agile development frameworks (Kanban/Scrum).
Troubleshooting issues and problem solving, as necessary.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
