Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Applications.
- Experience in the implementation of Oracle Sales Performance Management.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
- Experience in Configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules.
- Experience in Oracle integration cloud.
- Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQL to create custom rules.
- Thorough understanding of Sales performance processes and incentive driven sales.
- Experience in interacting with business to gather requirements.
