Veeva CRM Lead -Remote

Position: Salesforce Veeva CRM Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Client: TCS

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.            Knowledge of Salesforce Development

2.            Knowledge of all Veeva CRM modules

3.            Knowledge of Apex Dataloader, Workbench

4.            Basic understanding of Veeva Align, Network & Opendata

5.            Pharmaceutical Sales & CRM understanding

6.            Hands-on over Change Management Process in Veeva CRM

7.            Experience in providing solutions around technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications

8.            Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support) . Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK and Veeva Vault Platform configuration.

9.            Hands On Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network , Veeva Opendata , Veeva Crossix , Veeva Engage, Veeva Events Management to be able to solve issues quickly.

10.         Experience with large project management and Salesforce Based  implementations. Cloud implementation is a plus.

11.         Migration, Agile experience and comfortable using Agile tools like Jira. Scrum master certification is a plus.

12.         Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions. Experience in Veeva Integration with other applications and other Veeva Modules,

13.         Good to have AJAX, JavaScript
