We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM with strong Benefits to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional aspects of Oracle HCM Benefits, with hands-on experience in open enrolments. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices will be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Benefits, providing solutions and configurations on the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.

System Configuration: Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Benefits modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Open Enrolment Management: Manage the open enrolment process, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
