Role: SIEM Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Client: Security client in DFW area

Visa: No H1B/ OPT/ CPT

Process: Phone/ Skype

Please only submit someone if you have:

1. The agreement to a glider assessment and when they will complete it by.  (Whoever can do this quicker will get the submission to our client)  
2. Only submit someone that has given full 100% agreement to be on site for 3 days in Westlake, TX  if they hesitate or give any small problem do not submit.  Someone agreeing in writing to this will be considered first.

SIEM Engineer shall act as a Subject Matter Expert for SIEM and able to DEVELOP and DELIVER new and enhanced SIEM

Content Items

• Min 5 yrs experience in Splunk Administration;
• Blend of Splunk Administration & SOC Analyst experience is an advantage;
• Must report to our West Lake office (Hybrid)
• Must legally be eligible to work within US
• Must communicate with the customer directly
• 3 professional references for the past experience.
• Perform log source or application onboarding

Shall perform the tasks below at a minimum:

• Implement and manage SIEM Content Development Pipeline
• SIEM Content development and tuning
• SIEM Log source/Application onboarding
• Conduct onboarding prioritization in conjunction with the customer
• SIEM health monitoring and application management
• Reporting
• Shall possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in SIEM engineering
• Shall possess a strong Content Management and Logsource/application onboarding experience
