Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Client: Accenture

Visa: No H1B/ OPT/ CPT

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow JavaScript APIs and ServiceNow Portal Development. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement custom solutions using ServiceNow JavaScript APIs
  • Work on ServiceNow Portal Development, including UI/UX customization
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure application requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development processes

 

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development
  • 3+ years of experience specifically in ServiceNow Platform Development
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow JavaScript APIs
  • Experience with ServiceNow Portal Development and customization
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices and development methodologies

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules
  • Hands-on experience in scripting, UI policies, and workflows within ServiceNow

 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
