Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Function Designer to join a consulting project in Raritan, NJ. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize transportation and warehouse management solutions. The role requires both business process expertise and technical knowledge, particularly in SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Transportation Solution Confirmation workshops
• Configure LE-TRA (Logistics Execution Transportation) and document functional designs
• Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and support key design decisions
• Optimize business processes in warehouse management and logistics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions
• Provide SME guidance to ensure effective business process execution

Key Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• LE-TRA configuration experience
• Strong understanding of transportation processes and best practices
• Proficiency in SAP – Inventory Management

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• SAP TM (Transportation Management)
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• SAP-SD (Sales and Distribution)

Additional Information:

• Industry Experience: Not mandatory but a plus
• Education: No formal requirements, though a relevant background is beneficial
• Remote/Hybrid Work: Hybrid role (onsite and remote combination)
• Local Requirement: Candidates do not need to be local to Raritan, NJ
