Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow PMO Project Manager to join our team for a prestigious client in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) best practices and significant experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow projects. This role requires expertise in budget management, program oversight, and strategic project execution within an enterprise PMO environment. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementations, drive efficiency, and manage risks while ensuring projects align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage enterprise-level ServiceNow projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet business requirements and project goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, best practices, and governance processes for managing large-scale projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, align resources, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, promoting transparency and accountability within the project team.
- Utilize performance metrics and data-driven analysis to measure project success and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant project management methodologies, standards, and frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
