Job Description:
SAFe Project Manager & Scrum Master with extensive experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to manage and oversee complex projects within our Agile release Trains. Candidate should have stron background in IT project management coupled with deep knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework( SAFe). This position requires a unique blend of technical project management expertise, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of employee needs. About the Role:
- Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project management of complex technical initiatives, from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
- Agile Champion: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.), foster a collaborative team environment, and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, engineers, IT, and business leaders, to align project goals and ensure successful outcomes.
Employee-Centric Focus:
- Understand and advocate for employee needs, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable project requirements.
- Technology Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in common workplace productivity tools and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise project updates to stakeholders, create comprehensive documentation, and track key performance indicators.
About you:
