Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Source to Pay Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting issues related to Oracle Accounts Payable and Ariba. This role involves supporting business as usual (BAU) activities and providing technical support for various Source to Pay processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- BAU Support: Provide day-to-day support for the Source to Pay workstream, including Accounts Payable (AP), Oracle Internet Expenses (OIE), and Ariba interfaces and extracts.
- Issue Resolution: Review and troubleshoot issues related to suppliers, vendor invoices, colleague expense reports, payments, and bank and file transmissions.
- AP Payment Templates: Manage and troubleshoot AP payment templates and file formats, resolving issues with bank transmissions.
- Data Fixes: Execute Global Data Fixes (GDFs) to clear AP exceptions and errors, ensuring smooth operation of financial processes.
- Oracle Support: Utilize Oracle Support to troubleshoot issues and log Service Requests (SRs) as needed to resolve technical problems.
- Testing Support: Provide support for unit and regression testing of Oracle patches, ensuring system updates do not disrupt business operations.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain BR100s and associated configuration documentation, ensuring all updates and changes are accurately recorded.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Oracle Financial Applications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in the core configuration of the Oracle Financial Applications suite, preferably R12.1. Experience with individual financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Oracle Internet Expenses (OIE), and Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) is required.
- Ariba Experience: Experience with Ariba is a plus.
- SQL Developer: Proficiency in SQL Developer for running queries to troubleshoot issues in Oracle EBS.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT best practices, and change management processes.
- Localization and Integration: Experience with localizations for Latin America and integrated receiving is a plus.
Skills:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Multitasking: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on a daily basis.
