We are looking for a talented ETL Developer with strong Ab Initio experience to join a fast-paced, high-impact data engineering team. This is a remote opportunity, ideally suited for professionals with a solid background in real-time data processing and Scaled Agile methodologies.
As a key member of this collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting robust ETL solutions and analytics platforms. If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop end-to-end ETL processes using Ab Initio
- Handle real-time data processing and contribute to data warehousing strategy
- Participate in Scaled Agile development: backlog grooming, code reviews, sprint planning, and testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical stories
- Work independently to build, test, and deploy scalable data solutions
- Conduct test planning, execution, defect logging, and retesting
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
Nice to Have:
- Hive and Hadoop ecosystem knowledge
- Techno-functional business analyst experience
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on ETL experience with Ab Initio
- 5+ years of experience with real-time data handling
- 5+ years working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
- Strong testing background, including test plan creation and execution
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
