Job Requirements –

The Solution Architect is expected to lead by example while maintaining a client focus and execute job responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

Technology Domain Expertise: Broad knowledge and understanding of the IT services and solutions industry landscape Including:

Possess relevant industry knowledge and subject matter expertise in IT Services and Solutions including:

• Cloud Migration: Proficiency in major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), understanding of cloud architecture and services, and experience with cloud migration strategies and tools.
• Technology Infrastructure: Strong background in network design, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), storage solutions, and data center management.
• DevOps: Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• FinOps: Knowledge of cloud financial management practices, cost optimization strategies, and tools (e.g., CloudHealth, AWS Cost Explorer).
• IT Security: In-depth understanding of security principles, experience with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and familiarity with security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Database Infrastructure Support: Strong background in database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), database performance tuning, backup and recovery strategies, and ensuring data integrity.
• Middleware Installation and Support: Understanding of middleware technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware), installation, configuration, and support of middleware solutions.
• Operating System and OS Upgrade/Migration Support: Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), experience in OS upgrades and migrations (e.g., Windows 11), and ensuring system stability and compatibility.

Project Services

• Providing thought leadership on technology trends and that are relevant to Randstad Technologies’ clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling RFP responses that address customer requirements and highlight our strengths.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our Managed Services offerings to potential clients.
• Provide technical expertise in Managed Services Helpdesk and Operations Centers (SOC/NOC).
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers.
• Interface with Field Sales, Account Teams, Delivery, and Bid Management organizations
• Assisting in maturing and developing Randstad Digital service offerings
• Performing mentoring responsibilities for junior resources
• Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communication up and down the organization
