Job Description

  • Provide consulting, coaching and training on Agility & DevOps to MD & CEO level customers thought leadership in Agile & DevOps space
  • As an enterprise coach, you will help teach, facilitate and influence leadership, product management team and other stakeholders as they proceed on their Business Agility journey.
  • Develop and deliver Agile & DevOps consulting solutions to clients
  • Provide strategic transformation mentoring to client executives and become a trusted advisor
  • Provide coaching, training, mentoring to client organizations on Agile and related methodologies
  • Supervise a team of culturally diverse and distributed team of 2 to 10 consultants (senior, middle, and junior level) depending on the engagement
  • to Provide hands-on support to across all levels in the customer’s organization to help them adopt new practices and ways of working
