Role: SailPoint Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA | Dallas, TX | Kansas City | Remote

Key Skills Required:

1. SailPoint Development:

• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including customizing and extending SailPoint to meet business needs.

1. Development Technologies:

• 3+ years of development experience in Java, BeanShell, PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.

1. Integration Expertise:

• 2+ years of experience integrating SailPoint with CyberArk for safe management credential cycling.
• 2+ years of experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow for managing CMDB and identity-related workflows.

1. Identity Governance and Management:

• Extensive experience with user lifecycle management, access provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), separation of duties (SoD), and certification campaigns.

1. System Integration & Performance Optimization:

• Strong integration experience with platforms like Active Directory, Entra AD, CyberArk, and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Ability to perform application tuning and performance improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Software Development & Testing:

• Drive engineering projects by developing software solutions, conducting tests, and performing inspections.
• Prepare reports and provide calculations related to software performance and functionality.

1. System Understanding & Protocols:

• Understand and work with system protocols, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and data flows seamlessly.
• Stay updated on current technologies and their benefits for the systems being developed.

1. Software Stack Development:

• Independently develop full software stacks, contributing to both the backend and frontend aspects of the project.
• Understand the interactions and dependencies between components and tools needed for development.

1. Automation and System Requirements:

• Work closely with system engineers to define necessary system requirements and implement automation processes.
• Ensure the systems meet the required specifications for automation and identity management.

1. Leadership & Collaboration:

• Supervise base and associate-level engineers as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of development experience with SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
• Strong knowledge of identity governance concepts such as user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control.

Additional Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and working with relational databases.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns with platforms like Active Directory, CyberArk, Entra AD, and ServiceNow.
• Strong experience in application tuning and performance improvement techniques
