Experience (Years):        8-10

Essential Skills:

Experience on IVR ( Interactive Voice Response)Development experience using C#/Java Experience on Genesys Composer

Experience in Interaction Routing and Designer (IRD)

Experience in Interaction Workspace (IW)5+ years experience working as a Genesys developer

Experience on working with CI/CD4+ years working with Genesys Cloud objects and Architect flows

Ability to identify opportunities to automate / streamline where applicable in overall solution

 

Desirable Skills:
