Required Skills:
- Should have 10+ years of experience in SAP QM processes in S4 HANA
- Combined implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Solid business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience
- Able to run requirement gathering workshops, fit/gap analysis and propose and develop solution
- Strong Technical and problem-solving skills
- Should have Key User/End User Training experience
- Should be comfortable with Training/WBT content creation
- ABAP basic debugging skills is preferred
- A self-driven candidate who is ready to learn new topics and ready to adapt with the environment as well as project needs
- Strong communication skills required; written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills and able to participate in deployment and hyper-care activities
- Good to have ability to demonstrate as cross functional and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in generating and analyzing QM reports and analytics using SAP tools such as SAP Query, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Ability to provide training and support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the system.
- Knowledge of SAP QM enhancements, user exits, and custom developments using SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) to address specific business requirements
