Job Description:
The ideal candidate is responsible for ideating and crafting end-to-end UX flows for both web and mobile platforms. This role demands a strategic mindset, a user-centered design approach, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Lead key product streams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from ideation workshops and research to wireframes and prototypes.
- Demonstrate expertise in design, particularly in information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping.
- Continuously evolve design skills across research, IA, wireframes, tools, and product thinking.
- Envision and create intuitive and cohesive user experiences for key products. Ensure design outcomes are well-documented and organized.
- Advocate relentlessly for end users and articulate their needs to various stakeholders.
- Design with empathy, humanizing product features and making them accessible and meaningful to end users.
- Contribute to improving team competency by participating in hiring and mentoring efforts.
- Good Salesforce Experience
