Job Overview:
Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Order to Cash processes. This role is critical in delivering exceptional functional solutions and providing expert guidance to clients. As a consultant, you will work remotely, with occasional milestone-based travel to Phoenix, AZ, ensuring effective project execution and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Consultation and Analysis:
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, focusing on Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
- Develop and validate business processes, configurations, and functional designs to align with client needs.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Design and configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules related to Order to Cash, ensuring integration with other relevant modules and systems.
- Provide expertise in defining and executing testing strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions.
- Oversee the execution of the implementation plan, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
Support and Optimization:
- Provide post-implementation support, addressing any issues and optimizing system performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
Documentation and Training:
- Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare training materials for end-users and client teams.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 13 years of experience in Oracle Cloud SCM with a strong focus on Order to Cash processes.
- Proven track record of successful implementations and functional consulting in Oracle Cloud environments.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, specifically related to Order to Cash.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle Cloud SCM are a plus.
Travel:
- Willingness to travel to Phoenix, AZ, for milestone-based meetings and project activities as required.
