Job Title: Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead

Job Overview:
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Lead to join our team. This role involves leading Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, driving financial transformation projects, and providing expert guidance to ensure successful delivery. The position is remote, with occasional milestone-based travel to Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
  • Lead Oracle Cloud Finance projects, managing end-to-end implementation, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Coordinate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Finance solutions to meet client requirements and optimize financial processes.
  • Oversee the development of functional specifications, process maps, and system configurations.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements, providing expert recommendations and solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and address stakeholder concerns.
• Support and Optimization:
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Prepare reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders.
• Training and Development:
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams to ensure effective use of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
  • Develop training materials and user guides to support ongoing user education.
• Travel Requirements:
  • Travel to Phoenix, AZ, on a milestone basis for key project activities and client meetings as needed.
