Should have strong working knowledge in Snaplogic in both Development and Support Projects and able to create architectural and design document along with standards documents relevant to any project.
Primary Skill:
Hands on experience with Snaplogic in Development and Support projects.
Support experience in SnapLogic projects.
Production Support knowledge
Experience in any ITSM tool
Key responsibilities:
Work in 24*7 Production Support environment • Work with onshore / offshore model to attend handover calls • Flexible to work in shifts if required • Good Communication skills • Leading the team • Client co-ordination • Experience in troubleshooting snaplex or performance related issues and provide fixes/workarounds • Resolution of incidents created in the ticketing tool • Snaplogic Monitoring and other Admin activities.
Snaplogic Design Best practices, Error Handling • User Service Requests such as re-running jobs, onboarding resource questions on process, ad-hoc report generation, ad-hoc run of reports, user administration (where applicable).
Respond to Service Requests which are submitted through the ticketing tool.
Perform maintenance required for SSL certificate renewals and SSO • Perform recurring ticket analysis and provide solutions/automations in order to avoid future incidents • Creation of standard operating documents
Additional skills:
Experience with EAI Technologies in design and development
Knowledge on AMS Best Practices
Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
