SAP Service Cloud Solution Consultant JD as below:
· Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution
· Configure and hands on with the testing of SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center solution to ensure they are aligned with business requirements
· Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practice with SAP Service Cloud Utilities Call Center Solution
· Manage project work and customer expectations throughout the project life cycle
· Ability review and provide guidance to functional team in business process document/functional specs write-up; configure the system and problem solving
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internal and external; including developers and offshore teams
· Hand-on experience in configure SAP Service Cloud and SAP S4HANA IS-U for system integration
· Solid understanding of utility business process, especially in customer service: customer interaction, account identification and MIMO process
· In-depth understanding of SAP ISU data model
· In-depth understanding of SAP Service Cloud Project Life Cycle in pre and post go live activities

Title 1: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX
SAP HCM US Payroll and Benefits Consultant
A skilled SAP US Payroll and Benefits Consultant with about 10+ years of Implementation and support experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in US Payroll, Benefits, Schemas and rules with additional experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation or support being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze, design and implement solutions for SAP US Payroll and Benefits.
· Configure and customize Payroll schemas and rules to meet the business requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end US Payroll solutions.
· Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to US Payroll and Benefits.
· Support and enhance Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionality (if applicable)
· Conduct system testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Develop and deliver process documentation.
· Stay updated on SAP updates and legal requirement impacting US payroll, Benefits and Year End activities.
· Review the released BSI cyclic/TUBs to identify the impact.
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of hand-on experience in SAP US Payroll, Benefits, Taxation and Year-End activities.
· In-depth knowledge of US Payroll, Benefits, Garnishment and Year-End W2 generation configuration.
· Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
· Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of US Payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
· SAP certification in HCM or Payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
· Experience in integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HRIS platforms.
· Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA HCM
Title 2: SAP RAR Testing (USC/GC/H4 EAD/L2S)
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Primary Skill : SAP OTC/FICO/RAR (functional testing role)
Secondary : Salesforce, CPQ
Must Have: Experienced in ‘SAP integration’ testing
2. Good to Have: Testing experience in ‘Salesforce testing’
3. Coordinate with different Stakeholders on the Business requirements
4. Participate in the Requirement gathering and analysis review meetings
5. Review the test scenarios/test scripts and provide inputs to the QE team
6. Participate working in ‘End-End testing’ and document the test results
7. Oversee the test execution status and report/publish the DSR reports to the Stakeholders
8. Maintain the test documents that include Test strategy, test plans, test cases and test execution results
9. Be a part of Daily Scrum calls and address any open issues and challenges faced by the respective tracks
10.Maintain the Key Project KPI’s and publish to the Management team on a Monthly/Quarterly basis
11.Coordinate with the track team members on all the daily QE activities by guiding and supporting the track teams

Title 4: SAP Payroll Technical Lead
Location: Universal City, CA
Experience: 9-15 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Technical Consultant with extensive experience in US Payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP HR code development and a deep understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules. This role involves designing and developing custom HR-ABAP programs, working with PNP/PNPCE logical databases, and enhancing payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Experience: 9-15 years in payroll technical consulting.
· ABAP HR Development: Proficient in ABAP HR code development.
· Custom Programs: Design and write HR-ABAP custom programs; modify standard programs as needed.
· Database Programming: Experience with PNP/PNPCE logical databases and cluster programming for Core HR, payroll, and time management.
· Core HR & Payroll Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules, including schemas, functions, and operations.
· HR Tables/Clusters: Familiarity with HR, Core HR, and Payroll tables/clusters; experience in developing reports/BDC in the HR module.

Preferred Skills:

Title 5: SAP Native Hana Developer
Location: Portland, OR (onsite)
1. 7+ years of experience in Native HANA, ABAP and ABAP on HANA
2. Worked on requirements gathering, design and built of HANA data models.
3. Good Hands-on Experience in Native HANA Development, HANA Modelling , Calculation Views.
4. Strong experience with ability to write complex stored procedures, Function Calls, Designing Tables, Table Function & Scalar Function
5. Monitor, Investigate and optimize data models and reporting performance on SAP HANA.
6. Knowledge about the concept of authorization in SAP HANA and implementing a security model using analytical privileges, SQL privileges, pre-defined roles and schemas.
7. Experience on BODS, SLT & SDI
8. Experience on SDA for real time replication.
9. Experience of ETL for non-sap data source.
