Job Description:
Relevant Experience: 10+ Years
·Advanced Knowledge on Firewall platforms (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco and knowledge of NAC solutions) running routing protocols and next gen features such as IPS, threat protection and URL filtering.
·Firewall deployment/configuration experience and troubleshooting application connectivity and VPN issues.
·Strong understanding of general networking and design (Firewalls, Routing, Load Balancing, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Packet trace and analysis)
·Must have strong knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts and frameworks
·Must have strong management skills and have managed a team of Cybersecurity professionals
·Intermediate Linux Sysadmin experience.
·Must be able to operate in a multivendor environment.
·Must have strong customer handling experience.
·Must have strong experience in handling escalations.
·Must have good experience of working and collaborating with Cybersecurity teams for threat containment and remediation.
·Must have the mindset to drive enhancements and service improvements.
·Relevant certifications from leading security vendors.
·Good Communications Skills
