 Workday configuration consultant with Performance Management , Talent Management, Succession planning  
Must have workday configuration Experience in Talent and Performance Management. Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formatsMaintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Strong Knowledge of System analysis and workflow management. Experience in Succession planning, benefits and Skills Implementation.
Competencies:
Workday Goal Management and Performance Management, Workday Succession Planning and Career & Development Planning
Experience (Years):
4-6
