Role – Salesforce marketing Cloud Developer
Location – Dallas TX
Duration – 12 Months.
Job Description:
Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage
KPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness
3-5 years’ experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processes
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other
departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
