Role: DLP Purview Architect
Locations: Initial Remote (Connecticut State, CT)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture for DLP and data governance using Microsoft Purview
- Create a long-term strategic roadmap for data protection and compliance initiatives
- Design scalable and flexible DLP solutions that can adapt to changing business needs and regulatory requirements
- Architect integration between Purview and other security systems, including SIEM, CASB, and identity management solutions
- Create antivirus and antispam filters in Defender for Office 365
- Configuring black/white-listing domains
- Configure anti-malware policies in Defender for Office 365
- Configure anti-spam policies in Defender for Office 365
- Monitor the activity-based on MIME type. example .doc, .xls, .ppt etc.
- Fine tuning the DLP policies after necessary approvals from customer
- DLP Infrastructure management (client health check, policies, availability, service availability etc.)
- Deliver periodic reports on DLP events, incidents, and alerts.
- Day-to-day operations to monitor and identify the data leakage/policy violations & alerting to customer for any policy violations/data leakage.
