Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in implementation of security application testing Tools
- NIST security testing framework
- Security: Identify security holes, potential breaches, and risks. Develop security strategies and controls, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Automation: Automate security processes and controls within infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Testing: Test new systems and applications.
- Monitoring: Monitor security threats.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and IT operations.
- Communication: Communicate clearly.
- Continuous improvement: Emphasize continuous improvement so that security operations can accommodate more threats over time.
- Threat modeling: Conduct threat modeling and troubleshooting.
- Incident response: Establish incident response exercises and improve incident response times.
- Security training: Introduce security training for developers.
- Cybersecurity awareness: Promote cybersecurity awareness.
