Role: DevOps Engineer/Application Support
Location: Bothell, WA – Onsite – Local to PST Only
Shift Timings: 7 PM PST till 3 AM PST
Don’t submit if they are not willing to do night shift
JD:
Troubleshooting and resolving issues: Identifying and solving issues in critical business systems
• Collaborating with teams: Working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Maintaining documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the application
• Testing and deployment: Participating in testing and deployment of new application releases.
• Staying updated: Keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Training end-users: Conducting training sessions for end-users on system functionalities.
• Monitoring applications: Monitoring software applications for errors and bugs
• Ensuring compliance: Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies
• Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit
