Position: BMC Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months

Detailed Job Description:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in BMC Remedy application development and customization
- Must have customization experience in ARS v8.x. v9.x and later.
- Must have high Expertise in Remedy CMDB and Design and Jobs
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and BMC development standards
- Experience in writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters and Escalations
- Sound knowledge in the ITSM Modules
- Must be able to troubleshoot application logs (SQL, API, Filter, Active Links etc.) and provide solutions.
- Experience in Remedy configuration changes and enhancing the customized applications
- Strong understanding of integrating third-party applications with Remedy ITSM
- Used Remedy Migrator, Developer Studio or other data integration tools to migrate remedy objects/data and data across environments.
- Proficiency in API integration and customization
