Job Title: SDET with SailPoint IIQ Experience
Location: Bellevue, WA (Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with experience in SailPoint IIQ and Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role requires strong expertise in testing, particularly within SailPoint environments, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Selenium or Cucumber and a preference for candidates with experience in the telecom domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for SailPoint and IAM-related applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate test results against expected outcomes, user requirements, and functional specifications.
- Document and resolve test issues, ensuring alignment with the company’s quality standards.
- Report the status of assigned testing tasks and identify, document, and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize test metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance skill sets and apply best practices in testing methodologies.
- Identify and document process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Mandatory Skills:
- Testing: 4-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and executing test strategies, plans, and cases.
- Selenium or Cucumber: 4-7 years of hands-on experience.
- Testing in SailPoint Environment: 2-4 years of experience.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM): 2-4 years of experience.
- Technical Documentation: 4-7 years of experience in writing detailed technical documentation.
- Testing Tools: Proficiency with tools like Mercury Interactive (Maestro, TestDirector, LoadRunner, QuickTestPro, WinRunner).
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Entra ID (Azure AD): 2 years of experience.
- Domain Experience: Telecom industry experience is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Business (preferred).
Work Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on SailPoint and IAM.
- Strong understanding of testing techniques, standards, and methodologies.
- Proven track record of identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in a testing environment.
