Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation required for automation development.
- Technical Reviews: Participate in technical reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and understanding before automation.
- Automation Development: Develop, design, and test automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
- Support: Support the launch and implementation of RPA processes.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot production issues, including those occurring outside of regular work hours.
- Standards and Best Practices: Create, update, and maintain Developer Standards around RPA best practices.
- Research and Improvement: Investigate and document better practices and alternative solutions for future development.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5-7+ years of experience in software development.
- 2+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation technologies, specifically Automation Anywhere (version 11 & above).
- 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, VBScript, or Powershell.
- 1+ years of coding experience in Appian is a plus.
- Skills:
- Solid experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Understanding of workflow-based logic.
- Experience in Agile Software Development projects.
- Automation Anywhere Certified.
- Advanced RPA Professional certification.
