Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing analytics projects within the SCM domain, as well as expertise in data visualization and tools like Tableau. This is a long-term contract position, allowing the selected candidate to lead critical initiatives remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage large-scale analytics projects within the Supply Chain Management domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring all project goals are met.
- Utilize data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, to present insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SCM analytics, identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in program and project management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Supply Chain Management (SCM): Extensive experience in managing projects within the SCM domain.
- Program Management: 15+ years of experience in leading and managing large-scale programs, particularly in analytics.
- Analytics Projects: Proven track record in managing analytics-focused projects, from planning to execution.
- Data Visualization & Tableau: Strong proficiency in data visualization techniques, with significant experience using Tableau to present and interpret data.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other data visualization tools or platforms.
- Familiarity with SCM software and systems.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in supply chain analytics.
