Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA (Local candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:
- Client and Delivery Management: Serve as the single point of contact for all client delivery matters. Manage multiple customer engagements, including application development, DevOps, and operational activities for internal-facing and wireless customer applications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with UST leads and customer stakeholders daily. Present project updates, KPIs, and metrics to senior leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Leadership and Risk Mitigation: Provide delivery excellence, ensure technical leadership, and drive innovation. Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain engagement health.
- Agile Project Management: Oversee Agile Scrum engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to Agile metrics and methodologies.
- Cloud Services Management: Manage cloud services engagements across AWS and Azure, and applications utilizing Java microservices, Snowflake, and enterprise API gateways and security products.
- Onshore-Offshore Delivery Model: Lead onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment and communication across the distributed model.
- Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for revenue growth and portfolio expansion. Contribute to RFP and RFI responses, provide innovative technical solutions, and drive best practices across the engagements.
Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ Years: Delivery, Stakeholder Management, RFI/RFP responses
- 8+ Years: Risk Management
- 5+ Years: Cloud Management and Support (AWS, Azure), DevOps, Application Development and Support
- Technical Expertise: Java microservices, DevOps, CICD, cloud-based solutions, and application/infra monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Scrum Master, Product Owner certifications
- Experience: Previous experience with major service companies like HCL, Infosys, Wipro, or T-Mobile is highly preferred.
