- SN Integration exp with third party tools
- APM – application portfolio management
- Both ITOM and APM – good to have
- More weightage on ITOM, APM – niche
- CSDM – check for this exp
- Developer
- Communication, presentable
- Certifications
- – Service now Admin – Certified System administrator (Mandatory) – must have
- – Certified implementation specialist ITOM – good to have
- – Certified SPM – Good to have

- Demonstrated ability to implement projects on time to meet project schedules.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Application Portfolio Management (APM) Expertise:
- Essential expertise in Application Portfolio Management (APM).
- Emphasis on managing and optimizing the organization’s portfolio of applications for enhanced efficiency and performance.
Technical Proficiency:
- Intermediate level experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Proficiency in system integration using web services and other web-based technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP).
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members in a consultative fashion.
