As a Pega Business Analyst you will:

 

·       Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements.

·       Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are clear, complete, and aligned with the organization's goals.

·       Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

·       Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

·       Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, validate requirements, and obtain consensus among stakeholders.

·       Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.

·       Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions to address them.

·       Provide subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and support business process re-engineering efforts.

·       Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the delivered solutions meet business requirements.

·       Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing them with support and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

·       Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.

·       Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

·       Experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process modeling.

·       Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation.

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

·       Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

·       Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) are advantageous.

 Job Description:

·       Strong BA Capabilities in understanding customer problem statements from business perspective and translating them to solve the solutions, enable technical team and collaborate with client stakeholders.

·       Able to analyze the data using Excel and SQL by connecting to Database like Oracle, Teradata, MS SQL

·       Able to review QA test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing

The ideal candidate will have:

·       At least 7+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 2 years of healthcare (Payer) domain experience

·       US Healthcare domain experience.

·       Should have Pega experience.
