Job Title: Oracle EPM Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA – Hybrid
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of Oracle EPM products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle EPM projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
- Facilitate project meetings and workshops to gather requirements and review deliverables.
- Manage the project team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and EPM methodologies.
- Evaluate project performance and implement continuous improvement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with Oracle EPM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM products (e.g., Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
