Role: Oracle EPM Business Analyst (Part time role)
Location: Remote
Exp: 10+
Position Summary
The Oracle EPM Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing financial processes, implementing advanced reconciliation solutions, and supporting strategic data management initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain complex account reconciliation processes using Oracle Cloud services
• Analyze and improve enterprise data management strategies and workflows
• Configure and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud applications to meet complex business requirements
• Perform detailed financial data analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reconciliation methodologies and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Create and implement automated reconciliation controls and reporting mechanisms
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses for financial discrepancies and recommend solutions
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Advanced certification in Oracle EPM preferred (e.g., Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management Certification)
Professional Experience
• 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, account reconciliations, and enterprise data management
• Proven expertise with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud services
• Strong background in financial reporting and complex reconciliation processes
• Experience with ERP and financial systems integration
Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Expert-level skills in account reconciliation techniques
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise data management principles
• Hands-on experience with:
◦ Oracle Cloud Applications
◦ Financial reporting tools
◦ Advanced Excel and data analysis techniques
◦ SQL and database querying
◦ Data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications
• CPA, CIA, or similar professional certification
• Experience in SaaS, Software Development, or enterprise-level organizations
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (SOX, IFRS, etc.)
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI-driven financial technologies
