- Skill 2 – 7+ Yrs of Exp – SQL
- Skill 3 – 7+ Yrs of Exp – Data Visualization using Power BI
- Skill 4 – 7+ Yrs of Exp – Bizz design/ Business Architecture tools
- Skill 5 – 7+Yrs of Exp – ERP’s like Oracle or SAP
- Skill 6- 7+Yrs of Exp- Finance Domain Experience
- Skill 7 – 7+ Yrs of Exp – Process Mining tools
The ideal candidate will be skilled in:
- Process discovery and optimization
- Data analysis, visualization, and dashboarding
- Identifying opportunities to improve our processes and systems, especially in finance domain.
- A strong business architecture mindset is a plus, with experience or familiarity in Various ERP system like Oracle and SAP.
- expertise in various tools like Process Mining tools
- Bizz Design / Business Architecture tools
- Power BI
- Power Apps
- Qualtrics Analysis
- User journey mapping
- Problem statement generation
- Developing actionable plans
