Job Role: Workday Consultant (Configurator)
Location:  San Antonio, TX (Locals Only)
Job Description:
•             Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity.
•             Experience in modules Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Recruiting, Compensation and Business process.
•             Designed, build, tested, deployed, and supported Workday customers, prepared functional/technical design documents.
•             Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity.
•             Experience in modules Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Security, Recruiting, Compensation and Business process.
•             Designed, build, tested, deployed, and supported Workday customers, prepared functional/technical design documents.
•             Extensive experience in all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle namely – Requirement gathering, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Deployment.
•             Extensive experience in Business process configuration
•             Experience with creating Organization Types, Organization Hierarchies, Staffing models, Reorganizations and business process frameworks.
•             Experience with Workday security like Role based security, User based Security and Job based Security. Also, Functional area, Domain and Business Process Security Policies.
•             Extensively Worked on Recruitment and Core HCM module.
•             Monitor JIRA/SNOW ticketing tool and provide Application Support, work on change request, Development/configuration and testing involves preparing test cases, developer testing and UAT.
