ROLE: Oracle Product Manager

Mandatory Skills –
Experience in Oracle EBS finance modules ( O2c, AR, AP, and GL) + Oracle ERP Finance cloud experience .
Should have experience in front ending business teams, understand the business process and road map.
Strong product knowledge with techno-functional experience.
Job Description : –
- Act as a primary point of contact for Oracle Finance, coordinating activities and tasks across different teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in the management of production escalations related to Oracle Finance processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
- Liaise between business owners, tech teams, internal and external partners to meet customer needs while ensuring that the strategy & vision of the product are met and aligned to ODP Goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new system enhancements or process improvements within the Oracle Finance tracks.
- Work with development agile teams to execute sprint goals.
- Participate and influence agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, team retrospectives and daily scrum.
- Assist in leading or lead the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and developing the acceptance criteria.
- Manage prioritization of defects and work with teams to ensure proper resourcing and scheduling to resolve.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Oracle Finance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Oracle Finance processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
