Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Solution Architect with 12-15 years of experience in SAP supply chain areas and a strong background in the pharma domain. The ideal candidate will have completed 3-4 S4 HANA implementations and possess excellent customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Value Creation:
Ensure value creation throughout the engagement by aligning solutions with client objectives.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Manage key program partners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration and implementation of the program.
3. Engagement Profitability:
Oversee engagement profitability by managing various project variables and metrics.
4. Client Engagement:
Proactively engage with clients to understand their business needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
5. Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
6. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively, including managing escalations to ensure timely delivery of the program.
Qualifications:
12-15 years of experience in SAP supply chain areas.
3-4 S4 HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of the pharma domain.
Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
