Job Description:

Two days on-site per week

Position Qualifications

• Microsoft Teams voice engineer to assist in the planning, development, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an Enterprise Teams Voice installation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or in a technology-related field, OR equivalent through a combination of education and/or technology experience, OR 12 years of technology experience
• 6+ years’ experience in planning, development, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an Enterprise MS Teams Voice installation.
• 5 years of experience mentoring another technologist
• Must be able to translate business requirements into technical architecture and designs for communication solutions.
• Familiar with telecommunication technologies and has experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell.
• Must be able to deploy and configure Microsoft Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity through Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Microsoft Teams Calling Plans.
• Manages devices certified for Microsoft Teams, audio/video conferencing, and voice migration.
• Collaborates with telephony providers and third-party vendors to enable advanced voice features in Microsoft Teams.
• Works with administrators for other workloads, including networking, identity, licensing, security, and compliance.
